  1. Patrick is being tortured and sexually abused in a sex club Stephan, after realizing it s ok to be gay and that his family still loves and supports him, sets out on a road trip to explore being gay and to find himself He happens to go into this club and immediately recognizes Patrick as his mate Never mind that Patrick is being forced to have sex with two men Stephan rescues Patrick and whisks him off to his home.I read Joyee Flynn books for purely entertainment value, a break from the other ser [...]

  2. No lo soporte, los dos anteriores son buenos pero en este se lo pasan todo el libro llorando, cansa demasiado.

  3. 2.75 starsSeriously, if someone passes out around you for real I don t mean falling asleep when drunk wake them up It s not normal and something could be seriously wrong Aww, Stefan is so sweet and that s really a cool idea about switching the first time in order to make it special Patrick comes across as a little boy, especially when he disappears and they panic and cry and find him sleeping and he doesn t even wake up as he s carried I feel icky and tired Okay that was totally awesome when he [...]

  4. This book was reviewed for Musings of a bookworm I have been looking forward to this one because Stefan is such a dick when we first meet him which set him apart form his brothers So I liked that we meet up with him he is on a mission to find out who he really is and what he wants It is almost fitting he meets his mate and he is in a bad situation because Stefan has to think about the consequentness of his action and how those action effect others This one really is about stand up and being who [...]

  5. Let me start by saying that I have already read the majority of the books in this series and was following it for a long time I lost track of it and realized recently that I had about 4 new books in the Marius World Series to read But it has been a long time since I read some of them, and I couldn t really remember much of the overarching plot I also hadn t read much of the Beyond the Marius Brothers stories and never even added the ones I read onto I decided to take up the challenge of re readi [...]

  6. I might have totally misunderstood things, but Patrick was raised human His mother was human, view spoiler his father vampire hide spoiler As a human he would be, presumably, enrolled in school and doing things kids do Patrick s mother view spoiler got sick when he was 12 and she died later hide spoiler He said he was forced into his debt when he was 17, at the club Yet Patrick unless I misinterpreted the scene , never had pizza, green pop I m guess Mt Dew and said he s never seen a computer WTF [...]

  7. The third installment in The Marius Brothers series was as interesting a read as the other two Yes there were a couple of ploy holes but Ms Flynn pulled off another good story Stefan Marius is gay but hid it all of his life because he learned that it was wrong from his bigoted friends He sets out for New York City for a gay experience and finds his mate chained to a table being sexually abused Patrick Hawk has never really had a life He never knew his father, took care of his sick mother and bec [...]

  8. I think this was a good part 3 for the series The style of the book is the same as the other two so if you like those, you will like this one, if you didn t like the other two, I don t think you will like this one better It s a nice story with a lot of interesting characters but again the relationshp developed rather quick Great about the book was that you get to know all the characters a lot better and there were some real feel good moments Maybe there were a little too much of those because pr [...]

  9. I loved this third book as much as the first two The story is deceptively simple, but what really pulled me in was the emotions between Stefan and Patrick As unlikely as the story would be in real life, in this paranormal vampire world it works like a charm at least for me.Stefan is protective, a true knight in shining armor Patrick is adorable, and is in so deep that he s in desperate need of a hero He almost refuses to believe he s finally found him, at first When he starts making his own deci [...]

  10. typical joyee flynn serial romance nothing fantastic, nothing so bad it can t be finished what is typical joyee flynn imagine a shorter harlequin romance but with no ta see, i was going to write no surprise pregnancies, but yeah out of sheer laziness, i will be using this as my template for all books by joyee flynnsunny daylynn hagenstormy glennscarlett hyacinthcarol lynnegabrielle evansunless otherwise noted i d apologize, but i m not sorry i figure it s about as much time as they put into thei [...]

  11. There seemed to be a lot of set up and little resolution Pat was seriously physically, mentally and sexually abused for many years but he just seemed unaffected by everything that had happened I get that finding your mate might have some soothing healing qualities but there is a limit Perhaps just a mention of some sort of ongoing therapy or talks with his mate Otherwise it just seemed weird and the fact that Pat was ready to jump right into bed with Stefan after everything also struck me as odd [...]

  12. 3.5 StarsI did like how there wasn t a big bad battle in this one I did however think that given Patrick s past he would have been a little hesitant with the sex factor Also, no freak out over vamps Kind of weird.I am glad Stefan redeemed himself after the first book I was kind of afraid I would never like him Glad that changed Stefan and Patrick are good together

  13. sort of like gay kardashians if you would drama drama sex sex ohhh and then that ohh sorry sex drama and so on and so on and look she repeated herself again and then lots of mistakes as well I must say I enjoyed the little twist at the end and I might end up reading Dillon s story just to see what happens and look into Isaacs story as well.

  14. Really could not get into this book at all Ignoring issues with Patrick being far to well adjusted after 3 years of abuse, nothing really happens in the book Some of the major events are just reported back to the characters O the evil guy is gone to jail, woohoo bored now.

  15. 3.5 starsI liked Stefan and Patrick, but I found this story to be a little over the top Patrick is horribly abused, rescued, told his rescuers is vampire and that he is the mate of said vampire his reaction was pretty much nothing It was all settled a little too easily.

  16. So, these books are my fun reads They are not complex or complicated Everything is straight forward with a HEA I know that Patrick wouldn t get over what happened to him so quickly but it was nice to think that love could accomplish it

  17. not bad a pleasure to read you have to be honest and acknowledge the corniness factor but even with that this series is worth reading

  18. Too many weeping warriors, too many annoying, giggling mates, too many nosy women, too many stupid moves, too many family members but in the end it was simply not enough awful read.

  19. I just couldn t seem to get into this There was just too much that couldn t pull me into the story I ll come back and try to finish it at a later date.

  20. Stefan The Marius Brothers 3 This was just as great the second time around too and I can t wait to read the next one again too I know it will be just as great again too

  21. I enjoyed the third book of this series just as much as I did the first two It is tragic, funny and heart warming all at the same time.
